Completely Useless

I used to use the target app because it worked better than on my phone browser. Now I cant even use it without a login for a completely different service??
I dont want to use cartwheel, and Im pretty annoyed that I cant use the other app services without signing up for it.
Im uninstalling because I dont need dead weight in my storage.
