Wkly Ad App & eMail - Doesnt Work

1.) The weekly ad in the Target app is not working: I get the following error message: "Oops, something went wrong. An unexpected error occurred. Please try again. OK

2.) I received the weekly ad eMail stating "Your weekly ad is here", clicked on the link to open on Target.com, the ad is not available to view. So the weekly ad is not working on the app nor the website.
