The Cartwheel app is awesome! A lot of times I find deals and items I cant find in stores. I also love that I can ship items to my local Target store, or if I have issues I can return items to Target with no issues, (unlike other popular online stores that sometimes charge you to return items). Love the deals and definitely a fan of Targets Cartwheel app!

I can check items and it tells me which isle it is on at my home store and when I scan an item for a price it gives me the price of the item or if it is lower or not than ticketed on clearance. Plus, it shows a cartwheel if the item is also on sale on the cartwheel app. So I can go back and forth while I shop to get the prices and savings and employees can help those who dont have the app yet :)

Target figured out how to create an app that does what they say and make MY life easier. Little ole me. Imagine that Awesomeness! It only adds to my list of reasons why I will go out of my way to hit a TARGET store. I can keep all my Cartwheel deals in the same app, create my list from the specific store Im going to, order ahead and pick up which saves me a ton of time when I to be in and out quickly. It even holds my coupons, store credits, gift cards etc. Targets app will not disappoint. I cant begin to count how much time Ive lost trying to "use" other apps to make my life easier. You will NOT feel the same

One of the few apps that I use all the time that does not glitch.

Unfortunately not able to retroactively assign a gift card to an order placed 20 min before! And I even called customer service to help but they couldnt do anything. Other than that your app works well.

Very easy to use. Love how I can shop anytime of the day.

Love Targets fast free shipping

Some items that are shown online or on the app are no longer available for purchase in-store or for delivery. I understand it takes time to remove many items, but its a bit disappointing when I see an item I want and cant buy it.

Love being able to find favorite items in thinking of buying, the list makes it hard to find the items Im hoping to buy. Would love to see that improved!

Poor system. Customer service cannot even locate ordered items.

I live in a small town with not a lot of shopping so I shop online. A lot. I get frustrated with Target online because I can usually find what I need, but when its time to "add to my cart" the item is not available for delivery or pickup in store. This has happened on several occasions to where I try not to shop Target online as much. I love Target in store, but online can be frustrating.

I have cancer so leaving my home is not an option. Target has made it as easy as can be .. thank you ❣️

I love shopping from the app on my phone BUT I dont love having to go find my wallet and retype in my credit card number even though its saved to my account. My iPhone is fingerprint protected. Surely Target can make this step easier. Pushes me back to amazon more and more because I dont need to resubmit info there.

A little more effort in packing merchandise prior to shipping would be great. No one enjoys receiving an item that is damaged in the process, especially when protecting the item takes nothing more than bubblewrap or paper to prevent the item from bouncing around the inside of the shipping by carton.

One of the Apps I use the most. What I love most is easy list making so I remember what I need once Im at the store. Second favorite are the aisle location info for any product, and how they show up right in the list. Thank you Target for making shopping easier! ? disclosure: I am a Target team member but this is truly my personal opinion/review.
